How do I book a car rental?
Ans: You can book a rental by contacting us through our website / whatsapp or simply calling on the contact number.
How much token money do I need to pay?
Ans: a) For trips costing less than ₹3,000, a ₹500 token payment is required.
b)For trips costing ₹3,000 or more, a 10% advance payment is required.
Can I get Invoice for my bookings?
Ans: Yes, we currently offer Invoices without GST.
What is included in the rental cost?
Ans: Our rental price includes:
Fuel charges
Car and driver maintenance
Road tolls
Does hotel bookings also included?
Ans: No we don't include the following charges in the pricing- parking fees, hotel accommodations for the driver (if needed), and driver meals for intercity trips are not included
Can I drive the rented car myself?
Ans: No, our service includes a professional driver, and self-driving is not permitted.
How do I pay the driver?
Ans: Direct payment to the driver is not allowed. All payments must be made to us, and we will handle the driver’s payment.
What is the Cancellation & Refunds policy?
Ans: Here's a summary of the refund policy:
1) Airport/Railway Station Transfers: No refund on cancellation.
2) One-Day Destination Trips: Full refund if cancelled at least 2 days before the trip.
3) Multi-Day Trips (More than 2 Days): Cancellation must be made at least 7 days before the trip, and the token amount will be deducted as a cancellation charge.

Can I reschedule my booking?
