Welcome to our car rental service, where we provide reliable and hassle-free transportation for your needs. Whether you need a one-day local trip, an intercity rental spanning multiple days, or a car for a wedding or corporate event, we offer a car with a driver to ensure a smooth and comfortable journey.

Service Description

1. Our Offerings

We provide the following rental services:

• One-Day Local Trips: Destination drop/pickup, airport, or railway station transfers.

• Multi-Day Intercity Rentals: Long-distance rentals for more than two days.

• Special Occasion Rentals: Cars for weddings and corporate events.

2. Included in Your Price

Our prices include:

• Fuel charges

• Car and driver maintenance

• Road tolls

Not Included: Parking fees, hotel stays, and driver meals (for intercity trips).

3. Booking and Payment

• Token Payment Policy:

  • For trips costing up to ₹2,500, a ₹500 token payment is required.

  • For trips costing more than ₹2,500, a 25% advance payment is required.

  • The token payment confirms your ride or future bookings and is subject to our cancellation policy.

• Billing Information:

  • We provide proper billing for all services.

  • We do not offer GST invoices at this time.

4. Cancellation & Refund Policy 

• Airport/Railway Station Transfers: No refund on the booking amount.

• One-Day Destination Trips: Full refund if cancelled at least 2 days before the booking date.

• Multi-Day Trips (More than 2 days):

  • Cancellations must be made at least 7 days before the trip.

  • Refunds will be processed after deducting the token amount as a cancellation charge.

5. Customer Responsibilities

• Ensure all trip details are accurate at the time of booking.

• Inspect the vehicle at pickup and report any issues immediately.

• Use the vehicle only for the intended purpose—unauthorized commercial use or operation by unregistered drivers is strictly prohibited.
