We understand that travel plans can change, and we aim to offer a fair and transparent cancellation and refund policy. Below are the terms for cancelling a booking and requesting a refund:
1. Cancellation Terms
Airport & Railway Station Transfers:
No refund will be issued for cancellations of bookings made for airport or railway station transfers.
One-Day Destination Trips:
If canceled at least 2 days before the scheduled trip, a full refund will be provided.
Cancellations made within 48 hours of the trip will not be eligible for a refund.
Multi-Day Trips (More than 2 Days):
Cancellations must be made at least 7 days before the trip to be eligible for a refund.
Refunds will be issued after deducting the token payment as a cancellation charge.
Cancellations made less than 7 days before the trip will not be eligible for any refund.
2. Refund Processing
Refunds will be credited within 3-5 business days from the date of cancellation confirmation.
The refund will be credited to the original payment method used during booking.
Any applicable bank charges or transaction fees will be deducted from the refund amount.
3. Non-Refundable Charges
The token payment made at the time of booking is non-refundable for multi-day trips and will be deducted as a cancellation charge.
No refund will be provided for cancellations of airport and railway station transfers.
Any last-minute cancellations (less than the required notice period) will result in no refund.
4. Modifications & Rescheduling
If you need to modify or reschedule your trip, please contact us at least 48 hours in advance for one-day trips and 7 days in advance for multi-day trips.
Rescheduling is subject to vehicle availability, and additional charges may apply based on revised trip details.
